Tomasz Wypych successfully defended his PhD thesis, which was presented at the University of Bern on March 21, 2016.
His work, entitled “The role of B cells as antigen presenting cells in a mouse model of asthma” was performed in the laboratory of Federica Sallusto. His co-advisor was Prof. Jens Stein and his mentor Prof. Kathy McCoy, both from the University of Bern, Switzerland while his external co-referee was Prof. Reinhold Foerster from the Hannover Medical School, Germany. Tomasz was awarded a degree of “PhD in Immunology”.
