On Thursday, 1 December 2016 from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, is taking place the 8th edition of the Scientific Meeting in Ticino promoted by the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV).
The close and fruitful collaboration of the EADV organising committee with the Ticinese Dermatology Society, the Dermatology Department of Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale and the Institute for Research in Biomedicine has allowed us to come together to create this excellent joint project once again.
This one-day meeting offers stimulating topics for researchers and dermatologists from both Switzerland and Northern Italy. It also captures the attention of allergologists, immunologists, internists and oncologists, by addressing areas with significant clinical and interdisciplinary overlap.
The programme starts with a basic research session in the morning and is followed by a clinical session in the afternoon. The schedule proudly features distinguished researchers and clinicians with recognised experience in their field to discuss a number of practical relevant advances in their fields.
