EADV (European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology) is a non-profit organization founded in 1987 whose mission is to promote excellence in clinical care, research, education and training in the field of dermatology and venereology. The Academy also aims to educate patients and to be their spokesman, in particular of those suffering from skin and venereal diseases.
EADV annually organizes a major conference in Europe in fall and a symposium in spring. It also offers regular online training courses, specialization and refreshing courses for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
