A shortlist of candidates, from top universities in Europe and the United States, were invited to Bellinzona where they presented their studies results and future research agenda.<\/p>\n<p>The choice fell on Dr. Samuel Nobs, who after receiving his doctorate from ETHZ did further studies at the Weizmann Institute.
