quali:<\/p><ul><li>Proteomica bottom-up \u201cshotgun\u201d<\/li><li>Etichettatura SILAC pulsata<\/li><li>Secretomica<\/li><li>Proteomica esosomiale<\/li><li>Immunopeptidomica MHC<\/li><li>Analisi IP<\/li><li>Analisi dello stato redox dei solfidrilici<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Il laboratorio fornisce protocolli standard per la preparazione dei campioni; rimane tuttavia possibile adattare o implementare nuove procedure per le esigenze specifiche di un utente. A tal fine, l\u2019infrastruttura lavora in stretto contatto con diversi gruppi di ricerca presso l&#8217;IRB, lo IOR, l&#8217;EOC e altri partner di collaborazione esterni. Il laboratorio segue le norme di un laboratorio BSL2.<\/p><p>Il personale del laboratorio \u00e8 inoltre impegnato nella propria ricerca, per lo sviluppo di nuove tecniche e strumenti sperimentali, al EASY-nLC 1200 per la separazione cromatografica in fase inversa a nanoflusso, accoppiato allo spettrometro di massa (online) per una ionizzazione electrospray simultanea al processo di eluizione dei
