forma, la posizione e l&#8217;occupazione degli endolisosomi all\u2019interno della cellula. Diverse malattie sono state direttamente e indirettamente associate alla loro disfunzione: dai rari disordini da accumulo lisosomiale (<a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1242\/jcs.221739\"><u>Marques &amp; Saftig, 2019<\/u><\/a>) alle pi\u00f9 frequenti patologie tumorali, metaboliche e neurodegenerative (<a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1146\/annurev-neuro-070815-014031\"><u>Fraldi, Klein, et al., 2016<\/u><\/a>;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1111\/tra.12670\"><u>Gilleron, Gerdes, et al., 2019<\/u><\/a>;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1016\/j.cmet.2017.04.004\"><u>Kimmelman &amp;
